Beautiful Tiny CKC Registered Female Miniature Schnauzer Puppy for sale in Castlewood, Virginia

The mom is a salt and pepper, weighing 8 pounds, and the dad is a black and silver, weighing 8 pounds as well. I have both parents here in my home and you are more than welcome to come and see them and this precious little baby. They are the absolute best little dogs and are so easily trained. They have been raised around kids so they are excellent with them. She was wormed at 2, 4 and 6 weeks and went to the vet and received her first shot and received a thorough exam and was pronounced to be in excellent health by my vet. I am also training her with newspapers. The only time our adults ever go outside is when they have to go potty and to play. The only time they are ever on a leash is when we go for a walk. They are our family pets, although more like our children, so they only stay in our home with us. They are not "lot dogs" like you see a lot of the time. This little baby absolutely stays in our home with us...she has never set foot on the ground and never will as long as she is in our care. The mother is 4 years old and this was her first and last litter. My vet had to do a c-section because he explained because of her size, she just wasn?t going to have them. He and his nurse took her back and asked me if I wanted to get her spayed. I agreed because I would never want her to go through this again. She had one salt and pepper female and one salt and pepper male. While the mother was recovering from her surgery for the first couple of days, every couple of hours, I made sure I put them on her to eat and got a wet, warm washcloth and rubbed them until they relieved themselves, as they are not able to do it on their own, but have to be stimulated for the first couple of weeks. I literally slept next to them for the first 2 weeks to make sure that they were eating as they should, stayed warm because the number one killer of very young puppies is a chill and that the mother didn't lay on them. She has had her tail docked and dew claws removed. They will be up to date on all shots and wormings when they leave me. I am holding her until she is 12 weeks old so she will already have all of her puppy shots. She will come with a one year health guarantee, a clean bill of health from my vet, a puppy starter kit including information on the breed, a booklet on how to take care of a new puppy, documentation of her wormings and vaccinations, a sample of the puppy food she is eating (Purina One for puppies) along with a coupon for a bag of that food, a couple of toys, a food/water bowl, and her registration papers. It is part of my agreement with the new owner that they will return her to me if they are unable to keep her at any point during her lifetime. I have 5 nieces and nephews so they have been around kids and are excellent with them. I have spoken with people who tell me that they have or someone they know has a Schnauzer and it is snappy or hateful. That is not at all what a Mini Schnauzer is supposed to be. They are excellent little watch dogs: they let you know if someone is there, but whenever they come in, they just lick them to death and beg for attention, which by the way, Schnauzers LOVE attention and are very affectionate. They are supposed to be friendly. As a Schnauzer lover and owner, I want a Schnauzer who exemplifies the breed standard, and the parents of this litter truly do. They have the small, dark-brown deep set eyes, the black noses, the scissor bite, the solid skin pigmentation, are nearly square in proportion of body length and height and are just the friendliest little guys. My Schnauzers are very, very intelligent. They are very easily trained, whether you are trying to housetrain them or simply teach them tricks and they are so eager to please, which is what a Mini Schnauzer is supposed to be. I have heard people say they have a Schnauzer who is nervous, but a true Miniature Schnauzer should not be nervous at all. They are very calm dogs and love to play. A few common health issues in Mini Schnauzers are epilepsy, luxating patellas and retinal dysplasia. My Schnauzers do not have any of these or any other health problems. It is a very healthy line, and I guarantee that in writing. I have truly put my all into this little baby and am so proud of her and her parents. The parents were selectively bred to ensure that they truly do match up with the kennel club standard. I also ask that they keep me updated and just let me know how things are going and how the little baby is doing. They are truly must-sees. If you would like any more information or pictures, please feel free to let me know. You are more than welcome to come and meet the parents and this precious little baby.
